Computer User MSD Prevention Checklist (Reference Material)

The checklist will help you identify problems at your computer workstation that could impact your health and productivity.

The checklist will be easier to complete, if you attend the Computer Workstation Safety workshop first. If you are unable to attend the workshop, links to the workshop slides are in the table below. 

The checklist is available in 3 formats: 

  • PDF format 
    • This will be the easiest way to complete the checklist.
    • Print it and write your responses as you go through the reference material.
  • DOC format 
  • PDF format + Musculoskeletal Discomfort Description 
    • Use this format if you are completing the checklist because you have asked for assistance with musculoskeletal discomfort that you are experiencing
